HOW WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in the Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform, by Mesa, Artaş, Kantur-Akdaş Ordinary Partnership, acting as the data controller. This includes the following entities:

By filling out the forms available in the “Request a Call” section on the website temaistanbul.com, you share your personal data with the above-mentioned Tema İstanbul Ordinary Partnership entities. The data you provide may include identity (name, surname), contact (phone number, email), and any other personal data shared via message fields. These will be processed for the purposes of conducting product/service sales processes, marketing activities, and advertisement/campaign/promotion processes, under the legal basis defined in Article 5 of the Law: “processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.”

Your personal data will be processed either partially or fully through automated means and may be shared with the suppliers of the Ordinary Partnership for the same purposes.

Additionally, if you visit our sales offices, we may collect personal data such as your full name, date of birth, gender, marital status, number of children, mobile and landline numbers, email address, profession/company details, mailing address, property ownership status, budget range for real estate investment, and your signature, through the "Customer Information Form." This data, collected through a non-automated method as part of a data recording system, will be processed based on the legal grounds of “data being made public by the data subject” and “processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”

With your consent, and by confirming via SMS, your data will be transferred to and stored in the central CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) jointly used by the following entities:

Following the registration of your personal data into the CRM system with your SMS confirmation, a verification message will be sent to you. If you share the confirmation code in this message with the Tema İstanbul sales representative, your contact data will be further processed—based on your explicit consent—for purposes including managing loyalty to the company/product/service, conducting customer satisfaction activities, marketing analysis, and executing advertising/campaign/promotion activities.

With this two-step confirmation, your personal data may be used to send commercial electronic messages (SMS) regarding new projects and campaigns of Mesa, Artaş, and Kantur-Akdaş Ordinary Partnership.
If you do not wish to receive these SMS messages, please do not share the confirmation code with the sales representative.
If you are already registered in the CRM system and wish to unsubscribe, you may opt out by sending an SMS with the text “TEMA2” to 3172. Once your unsubscription request is processed, your contact data will no longer be used for such purposes.

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed

• Request information if your data has been processed

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately

• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad

• Request correction if your data is incomplete or incorrect

• Request deletion or destruction of your data

• Request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred

• Object to any negative consequences resulting from automated processing

• Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

You may submit your requests regarding these rights to any of the Tema İstanbul Ordinary Partnership companies, in accordance with the Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller.
